Pat has been incredible to work with on selling our home in The Vineyard. Her knowledge of the neighborhood and expertise as a realtor was the exact combination we needed to sell our home quickly. The house was under contract within 48 hours of the first showing – impressive! She is a true joy to work with – pleasant, excellent with communication, and careful with each detail. We trusted her immensely and knew she was skillfully managing every facet of the process. I would recommend her to anyone as an experienced and highly capable realtor.
